 "Indian Love Call" sheet music from 1924.

 Introduced in the 1924 play Rose-Marie by Mary Ellis and Dennis King

 It was first recorded by Leo Reisman and His Orchestra on Oct. 12, 1924.


It was first released by Paul Whiteman and His Orchestra on Dec. 26, 1924.
 

Jeannette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy recorded it on Nov. 11, 1936. 

 Their version of the song sold over a million copies, and was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2008.


Charles Fredericks and Marion Bell with Al Goodman and His Orchestra recorded in in 1949.

Slim Whitman recorded it in July 1952.

Robert Goulet and Jane Powell sang it on "The Ed Sullivan Show" on Dec. 5, 1965.
